Minii Adventures Booking Policies
Private Experience Packages
Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm the chosen dates and time slots. The price is per Package and subject to HST, our booking policies, and travel fees. Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, the "Validation Date": this is the first date you select to start the booking. The Package is valid only for the location and student(s) named at the time of booking & registration and cannot be shared with other students or transferred to another location. Any changes to a booking require a $50 admin fee. If cancellation is necessary, including for reasons such as bike mechanical/failure or rider injury, illness or for any other reason, we require that you email us at least two full weeks (14 days) in advance. Lessons are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another rider access to participate. Cancellations requested more than two weeks (14 days) before the lesson date will receive a full refund or credit for the individual lesson, less a $50 admin fee. If a cancellation is requested less than two weeks (13 days) before the lesson date, 50% of the individual lesson fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is requested three days or less before the lesson, the lesson will not be credited or refunded. Travel fees collected from a group booking are non-refundable if a rider cannot participate and the lesson proceeds.

School of Dirt, Tech & Shred (All locations)
Please note that payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The price is per participant and subject to HST and our booking policies. If cancellation is necessary, including for reasons such as bike mechanical/failure or rider injury, illness or for any other reason, we require that you email us at least two full weeks (14 days) in advance of the first class/program date. Classes are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another rider access to participate. Cancellations requested more than two weeks (14 days) before the first class date will receive a full refund or credit less a $50 admin fee. If a cancellation is requested less than two weeks (13 days) before the first class date, 50% of the fee will be refunded or credited. If a cancellation is requested 3 days or less before the first class date, the class/program fee will not be credited or refunded. Due to the preparation, planning and costs associated with running each class, we cannot pro-rate, refund or provide lieu services for a missed class of the program. Please ensure you can participate in all the classes before joining. Classes require a minimum of three participants to run. If we do not meet the minimum number of students 48 hours before the class is scheduled to start, registered participants will receive a credit for future use or a full refund.

Groundwork & Level Up (hosted at Joyride 150)

Please note that Joyride's day pass and rental bike fee are included in the registration cost. If a cancellation is necessary at any time, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the day pass and rental bike. For the instruction part of the registration, cancellations requested more than two weeks (14 days) before the first class date will receive a full refund or credit less a $50 admin fee. If a cancellation is requested less than two weeks (13 days) before the first class date, 50% of the fee will be refunded or credited. If a cancellation is requested 3 days or less before the first class date, the class fee will not be credited or refunded. Ride Outs and Ride Out VIP Session
Please note that payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The price is per participant and subject to HST and our booking policies. Ride Out fees are non-refundable.
Ride Out VIP Session; cancellations requested more than two weeks (14 days) before the event date will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is requested less than two weeks (13 days) before the event date, the event fee will not be credited or refunded.

All Other Events & Experiences

Events and experiences are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another rider access to participate. Cancellations requested more than two weeks (14 days) before the event date (first event date, if applicable) will receive a full refund or credit less a $50 admin fee. If a cancellation is requested less than two weeks (13 days) before the event date, 50% of the fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is requested 3 days or less before the first event date, the event fee will not be credited or refunded. Events require a minimum number of participants to run (on an event-by-event basis). Minii Adventures reserve the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of participants is not met. Registered participants will receive a credit for future use or a full refund.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for any Private or Group Experience hosted by Minii Adventures. Not valid towards Minii Adventures merchandise or third party events. Gift certificates are non-refundable but never expire.
Travel Fees
Our standard service area includes Durham Forest, Dagmar North, the Don Valley and Joyride 150. Locations requested outside of our standard service area are subject to a $50 per hour travel and will be calculated at the time of booking. The booking is not complete until payment has been received. Travel fees collected from a group booking are non-refundable if a rider is unable to participate for any reason and the lesson proceeds.
Inclement Weather - School of Dirt, Tech and Shred (All Locations)
Classes and programs will continue rain or shine. If the weather calls for a heavy, consistent downpour and/or thunder and lightning (80% or greater) by 3 pm on the day of the scheduled class, the call will be made to delay or reschedule. Participants will be notified by phone and email of any changes. If a class must be cancelled due to inclement weather, an extra class will run the week following the final scheduled class.
Inclement Weather - Ride Outs & Ride Outs Vip Session
The Ride Outs and Ride Out VIP Sessions will run rain or shine. Alternate arrangements may be made to accommodate changes in weather and ensure participant safety. Bring your rain gear, warm riding clothes, a towel and change of clothes for afterward! Ride Outs and Ride Out VIP Sessions will only be cancelled if directed by the land owner/manager or the forecast calls for a heavy, consistent downpour and/or thunder and lightning (80% or greater). The call will be made by 8 pm the night before the Ride Out and Ride Out VIP Sessions to either delay, reschedule or if it is cancelled.
